A to Z Energy Solutions Ltd provided a competitive quote, great friendly customer service from start to finish and the installation only took a couple of hours. Quotes and installation were provided/completed on the days and times they said they would. Very impressed and would recommend. Cannot fault them.

Extremely happy with the complete experience of dealing with A to Z Energy Solutions. I required a quote for insulation (top up) and boarding to my loft. They sent out a surveyor (Ady) within 10 days and when I needed to change the appointment time day before, it was no issue. Ady was friendly and very knowledgable. Ady explained the quote and gave some advise on what would work best as well as lead times. The quote arrived the same day and was very detailed compared to other quotes I had received. Once I sent the signed quote back, the install was scheduled for less than a month later. The installers arrived early, were professional, polite. They did an excellent job including cleaning up, especially around the awkward water tank. There is so much more usable space now. I would 100% recommend A to Z!

I am really happy with the service. Ady checked existing insulation and where insulation is required in the Loft and the quotation was reasonable. Their team did insulation very fast. I am happy with their service.

The quote took a bit too longto take place, but they were responsive, answered all my concerns, surveyor was very knowledgeable and workers were polite and left things reasonably tidy. I was informed about all the progress and plans throughout. I would highly recommend them and would use their service again.

Cavity Wall Insulation-- 3 Bed Bungalow Very impressed with the service provided. The initial survey was undertaken by Ady, he was helpful in explaining the process, the material used and how things worked. The quote was competitive compared with other providers but it was the thoroughness of the Survey and Ady's knowledge of the product and process that persuaded us to chose A to Z.. The installation by Steve was equally efficient and impressive, turned up on time, worked tidily and cleanly with minimal impact on the household.. The whole process from quote to finish was excellent and we are noticing a difference in the room but we now have a crack down the wall.

They turned up on time and were efficient, quick and clean. We are very satisfied with the job.

Arrived on time, both chaps friendly. Did the insulation top up within couple of hours, and left everything neat and tidy. Also gave me advice about some of the felt on the roof that needed attention. Happy to recommend.
