Fantastic, professional company from quote stage through to carrying out the job. Adi who came to assess the cavity was very polite, friendly and very easy to talk to and was more than happy to answer our questions. We received courtesy calls to check we were happy with everything and to confirm dates and times! The day before install we received a telephone call to check we were still happy to proceed and to inform us who would be arriving and at what time. Steve and Wayne arrived well before time, they got set up and then waited until 8am before they set to work, they were both super friendly, easy to chat to and explained exactly what they were doing at each stage of the extraction, they were very polite and respectful of our property. Steve returned a week later to re-fill the cavity and again arrived well before time, he worked well throughout and left everywhere clean and tidy once he had finished.
