Alan arrived on time and kept us fully informed on what he was doing and why. We will be using him again. He was efficient and personable.

I was very impressed with Alan's work. Alan contacted me and arranged appointment within a very short space of time and arrived promptly. He was approachable and professional. He answered questions asked. Alan is truly a perfectionist and takes pride in his job no matter how small it is.

Alan and apprentice Ben arrived on time and although they had to wait around for delivery of fire and surround, this wasn't a problem for them. Very professional, efficient, friendly and cleared up afterward. My fire and surround looks great and am extremely pleased with the service.
