Wayne did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased. He arrived on time for all of his visits, the quotes and to work every day. He understood the job very well and proposed a plan to tackle the work. Very good communication, he asked around details as things progressed with the job and was able to help us find a solution / figure out parts that my partner and I were not sure how to resolved. There was no delays to the work whatsoever, he worked very hard to ensure it was up to the agreed standard and specification and even took the time to add a few bits into the job. He cleaned after himself very well every day and gave us a fair price for his hard work. Overall we would recommend him 100% and would definitely will work him again as soon as the opportunity arises. Thank you for your hard work and dedication our living room looks like the dream now!

Wayne did a fantastic job transforming three separate rooms (kitchen / dining room / conservatory) into one large room. Removal of a load baring wall replaced with RSJ, opening up our fireplace and taking out windows / door and walls and raising a floor to make the conservatory part of the room. He and his team were absolutely fantastic, we knew exactly what was happening, him and his team worked quickly and made everything good in 5 days! We were extremely impressed! We have two young children and Wayne did everything he could to keep the dust and mess to a minimum! He blocked off the back of the house for us until the last possible moment where they took off a door and blocked up the wall. We felt it was a very reasonable quote for the hard labour required. I felt him and his team went above and beyond when tidying up after, the plastering work is excellent, great finish throughout and he also removed a radiator and made all the electrics good including adding some more for us. We will certainly be asking for his advice and services in the future for any future works. Thanks Wayne!

Wayne built an over stairs cupboard for us which we are delighted with. He has also completed plaster work and coving on numerous walls and ceilings in our home. His work is outstanding and delivered to an exceptionally high standard. He worked with us to get the results we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. He is a great communicator and always kept us up to speed on the planned works. He is reliable, efficient, hard working, fair, friendly and always professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services. We will be using him again in the future.

Wayne gave expert advice on my job and was precise in his explanation of what was required. He turned up on time every day and when he encountered problems he would say "There are no problems just solutions." He advised me that some extra plastering would be beneficial when we came to decorate and quoted me an extra price but was in no way pushy. I took him up on the offer and was glad I did. I would not hesitate to recommend Archway Building.

Double doors - cut out and fitted into side wall of my garage. Great job completed by Wayne and his team today. All the debris was cleared and taken away after work was finished.
