Wayne did an awesome job removing a load-bearing wall for us, and made it all look easy. He was always on time, super kind, and patient. He finished the whole thing in just one day. I’d definitely recommend him!

Thanks to Wayne, our home feels transformed! He removed a load-bearing wall and replaced with a flush Steel beam, cut out and installed a new external door, and then plastered the entire room. The work was carried out in a timely manner to a high standard. I would highly recommend to anyone.

AVOID! AWFUL Communication and didn’t show up to a job TWICE! Original job was completed fairly quickly and efficiently, which was fine. I discussed with Wayne about a second job that I really needed doing as soon as possible which Wayne wanted to take on. The day before he was due to start, I messaged him to confirm he is still coming as I hadn’t heard from him but he didn’t respond. He was due to start at 8am. Around 08.50am he texted to say he isn’t feeling well and so won’t be making it. I can appreciate being ill and not being able to work, but people make plans around the jobs you accept and so some heads up would have been appreciated. We then discussed when he can return to do the job (that he knew I needed done urgently) and he gave me dates 2.5 and 5 weeks away which I had to accept. Fast forward to those dates and he has ignored all of my messages since. I messaged him a few days before the job was due to be started and each day following and he has completely ignored me. Today was the day of the job and he hasn’t shown up and STILL hasn’t had the decency to respond to my messages and say he isn’t coming. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Hired Wayne for a knock through on an external wall and installation of a 5m steel. He went above and beyond to get the job done in record time. Wayne and his guys were a pleasure to have on board. Fast friendly and reliable. Everything you want from a tradesman.

Wayne completed putting in a side garage door exactly as I wanted. Wayne cleaned up all the dust made from the drilling and the finished job looks amazing

Wayne came round quickly and measured up for a quote. His quote was by far the cheapest, but that wasn't a reflection on the quality of his work. He said it would be a day but he had to come back to finish the plastering, although he didn't ask for any more money. Happy with the work and would recommend him.
