Arben was very prompt and punctual. He did a survey of the work on the spot - even during a very frosty morning - and gave us the best quotation for the work. Arben carried out the work very quickly. We are very happy with him and will hire him to do further works in our buildings. Excellent worker.

Kept me updated on arrival times,much appreciated, and returned in the next 24 hours when an issue (nothing to do with his timing work) became apparent. Worked through the heat and cleaned up each day after working in cluttered daughter’s en-suite. Arben and his colleague Roland went above and beyond, solving problems - matching wood flooring, 6 too few tiles- with no stress and a pleasant attitude. Very pleased with the result and would definitely use again.
