Hi there, I am very sorry to hear you are not happy with the work I have carried out in your 2 rooms. I myself consider to be very professional and on time with any job I encounter. Even though there might be some tough situation in asking for liquidation at the end of the work being completed, I try my best not to put the customer into a position of discomfort. That is why I accepted a payment of £300 even though the work was quoted for £350 and of course we both agreed in our previous message chat. Otherwise I would have not started the job. Again, if you feel like you are not happy. I completely understand and apologies for the misunderstanding in our Business to Customer relationship. Kindest Regards, Arben
