Where to begin! Your cylinder was a special order horizontal pressure cylinder 150 litres which had to be the right width fit in cupboard top floor very had to find. Cylinder was on route from another supplier to be drop at Acctive plumbing Saturday morning. Have phone call from them say between 8 am to 12 pm pass on message to other workers doing house up for owner. Was not happy with not wasting my day have nans 90 th birthday to go to if you not he by 9.30 am cancelled the job won’t refund . Have all this save by MSM from them both . Cylinder is now being refunded to my account from active plumbing when this is done I will bank transfer immediately there deposit. With not charge from labour already done at the property. Water was already off! No one living in property due bad damp in kitchen where Builder was repairing. I have a zone tolerance disrespectful language!
