I highly recommend Ash and his apprentice, they are both excellent plumbers and highly recommended for value for money and a job brilliantly doneReview from michaelten10, Swindon michaelten10, Swindon

Review left on 17 Aug 2022Rating: 5 out of 5Leaking cielingFixed a leak and fitted in new bath and shower. Knowledgable, respectful and trustworthy, his apprentice is also great and gets things properly. However as you know plumbers are always in demand so time management is a bit off key but he got the job done when he said he would. Also came back to do final finishing touches and is very understanding of the situation. Will be looking to hire him again for future renovations.Review from desiree194, Swindon desiree194, Swindon
Review left on 5 Aug 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Brand new bathroom(Updated on 6 Aug 2022)Ash is a nice guy, but unfortunately, I was not paying him to be nice. I will attest that the other negative review from Colin8637 is all true because, like the sucker that I am, I read that review and still hired Ash. He started off well enough, turning up and working as he should have and doing a good enough job. At some point during the bathroom fit, he must have got another job, and that was when the excuses started coming in thick and fast. Instead of saying I have another job, I need to juggle between jobs; it was BS after BS. He was moving house, then his van failed MOT, then it was his back, and in the end, he just didn't bother turning up. I had to hire another plumber to fix the leaking radiator and move pipes which I had already paid Ash for (highly recommend STJ Plumbing from Swindon) I didn't ask for my money back because what would be the point? He rarely got on site before 10 am and is always in B&Q getting stuff even though when he asked for the HUGE deposit, it was because he was at the merchant's getting supplies for my job but is always late because he is getting supplies for the same job. He left us without a toilet for a weekend and had the audacity to leave the site before 2 pm. The only good thing about Ash is his apprentice. The rest is BS. He is NOT an honest man; I was desperate and paid for my haste. Naturally, it was all my fault, and in his head, it was an amazing time had by all. I even let him bring his dog to work and he still F-ed me :(Answer from tradesperson:

Review left on 2 Aug 2022Rating: 1 out of 5New bathroom fitted, no tiling required.(Updated on 3 Aug 2022)Where do we start with this guy? I have never seen such an unprofessional tradesman. 1. DAY 1. arrived late by 45 mins. made me late for work. 2. DAY 2. Arrived late by 3.5 hrs! did a total of 3 hrs work? gave some excuse about a bad back. this is day 2! I arrived in the afternoon early to find the apprentice trying to drag the bathtub on his own up 3 flights of stairs. 3. DAY 3. Job started to drag on and caused delays with 2 other tradesmen. Had to re-schedule the tiler and the carpet fitters. He made me buy a new thermostatic head when there was one in the pile of unchecked parts he claimed to not see, only to come in to find that he installed the same one he could not find now left with one I cannot use. 4. DAY 6. job finished, my wife went to wipe down the bathtub and the side panels fell apart! the bathtub was installed with NO FRAME TO HOLD THE PANELS IN PLACE! found some little plastic chucks in a few places underneath. it was held in place with the silicone seals on the tiles only! 5. In summary, I was charged 375 a day, and labor came in at nearly £4000. for less than 5 days' work. 6. I wish I could put the photos of the state of the panels in my bathroom. Now have a real plumber doing the corrections as he refuses to answer the phone or respond to messages. What should have been an easy job has become a nightmare.Answer from tradesperson:
Thanks for your feedback, though we feel it lacks any merit. You initially wrote fantastic feedback (we have the screen shots and photos of the finished bathroom), then last night, you took it down to write this due to your bath panel coming away from the housing after your wife cleaned it. This simply needs to be clicked back. Bath panels are flexible and slot into position. They are never fixed so you can’t remove them and access behind. You paid me in full immediately as directed and were very happy with all the work and extras you wanted. Job was delayed because of you buying the wrong items from Victoria plum. This is why its best you dont try to save money buying parts because you dont know what is required. This causes delays. Finally, we don’t need to know that you “kill for a living” thank you. Good luck with your Army career.
