My new bathroom is looking great. However, the shower started to leak after a few days and I asked Ash to repair it. He made arrangements to visit but didn’t turn up. He didn’t contact me and when I contacted him he made a new arrangement to visit. He saw where the leak was and said he’d be here the following Friday to repair it. Once again he didn’t turn up that Friday. By this time I was pretty annoyed with him. I sent him a message and he said he’d been held up. Again! I told him I’m not prepared to make any more arrangements with him. He then offered to call in later that evening. I refused and said I’d get someone else to repair the leak. What a shame that he hasn’t followed through after a fault occurred. I paid a lot of money for this work. Even more than the quote he first gave me because he was behind with the work and did extra days. I’m now looking for another plumber because I do not want him back.

Highly recommend Arash, and will certainly be calling him again for future works. Works involved relocating two radiators in a 300 year old house, he and his apprentice carried out the works with great care and consideration, and the results are extremely neat and tidy with excellent attention to detail.

Arash fitted a new kitchen tap and water filter. He did a great job at a good price, and even sorted another problem he found whilst he was here! Very happy, thank you Arash!

Ash, kept me updated during the week and was prompt starting the job. He completed all of the work as requested and made sure everything was working before he left. PLUS followed up with a txt later to make sure that all was still good and we were happy with the job.

Ash was prompt, gave good advice, was very courteous and worked very tidily. Communication was perfect. Job was reasonably priced.

Arash responded quickly to my request to help with my low water pressure and basin leak. He gave a very friendly and honest service. I have saved his contact details to my phone and will definitely use him again in the future.

Arash visited the same day as posted to inspect the job and provide a quote and managed to fit it in job just two days later Arash and his apprentice Jason were very polite throughout and always ensured to keep me updated with what was happening and show me the reason certain things were needed. Arash stayed after the job was done to make sure all was working properly and we were happy before moving on After the job was finished they cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish which was also greatly appreciated Overall a very professional and efficient job and would highly recommend
