Paul called through promptly and came to inspect our log burner at short notice. He swept the chimney (keeping everything very neat and tidy) and gave us some great advice on the burner in the house we have just bought. Very friendly and genuine guy - a pleasure to speak to. We are just awaiting a quote for further work to potentially install a new stove. We've never had a log burner before so he was very informative on the safety standards and maintenance. Would 100% recommend and use again!
