Paul did an excellent job of cleaning our wood-burning fireplace. He is very competent and knowledgable in this field, as one would expect (but a rare find - it's so hard to find people like him in this trade). He has the right certification and tools to do a great job. He disassembled the whole fireplace to conduct a thorough inspection and do a deep clean. Everything was put back very neatly. He even polished the cast iron frame and door as well as the glass - it looks and feels like new. Gave very useful aftercare and usage advice. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend.

Paul was very professional, arrived early which was great. Paul was very efficient, clean and tidy. The cleaning of the chimney was amazingly quick approximately half and hour. Paul is very experienced and qualified, he helpfully pointed out several useful things about my chimney and gas fire. His rate was also very reasonable and on payment provides a certificate for sweeping the chimney. I highly recommend Paul for sweeping your chimney or doing repairs/works for your fires/fireplaces.

Paul contacted me quickly and gave a reasonable quote. He was delayed in bad traffic but kept me informed of ETA. On inspection more work was needed than expected, but he clearly explained what and why. He did a thorough and safe job.
