    Disassemble & remove king size bed frame (not mattress)
    Martin arrived promptly & did the job in no time. Took everything away and left the place spic and span. A very handy handyman - definitely recommend & will certainly use him again.

    removal of 6' christmas tree

    Roof Flashing
    Martin has done a fine job in very difficult weather conditions. Due to heavy wind and rain a small section of render above the new lead flashing,which Martin had completed,fell away during the night but he was more than happy to return and make it good again for no extra charge. He stood out from the other roofers who quoted for me in that he charged the least and got stuck in when others were suggesting a very expensive scaffolding option. He was clear to state he would make good any leaks that should return and guaranteed his lead flashing work. I`d definitely recommend him to solve all roofing problems. He`s very knowledgeable and has loads of experience.

    Removal fixed external ladder (Urgent today 26th Jan)
    SQR were amazing. After posting the job to urgently remove a steel staircase, they contacted me immediately and were able to come that day. They brought all the equipment and were able to complete the job despite the job being more complex than I had anticipated. Recommended!

    leak under gutter in exterior wall, and resulting damp

    Martin was great. We had a damp section of an exterior wall and weren't sure what was causing it. He corrected an overflow pipe so that all's now working as it should, was punctual, professional and an all-round nice guy.

    clear rubbish from garden
    Martin replied to my ad very promptly, went round the next day and priced it up for me. Was the most reasonable quote and did a fine job clearing the rubbish. Would definitely use him again. Thanks Martin

    Facia and gutter

    Martin was very prompt to answer my enquiry and at a fair price and at very short notice due to complications in the build .He turned up as arranged and although a bit delayed texted me to keep me in the loop. Everything went to plan and any fine tuning was discussed and carried out to my satisfaction . Paul K Acton

    repaire a leak

    Martin I find very trustworthy And repaired section I needed done On time and he was very tidy and kept me updated what was done and price was reasonable will use in the future

    Level, re-turf approx 97 sqm.
    Turns out these guys are now roofers. Last year they were home improvement/gardeners. Charged me £800 to remove turf and delivered what seemed poor quality top soil and certainly not enough to cover the are required. Lost confidence and hired another firm to finish the job which bought in much more top soil and of far better quality. There now supposedly roofers.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This customer used me for the hard work such as the dig out and prep and we agreed i was to do the lawn then he used his own labours that he had already working there probly cheap labour doing other jobs the soil is used for this job is the soil is used own my on all my jobs in don't why he would comment a year later Ive removed over 3 tonne of waste plus supplying 2 tonne of soil and 3 guys for the day all that for a lousy 800.00 the whole job was 2300.00 so he save a lot using his cheap labour guys and used the soil excuse I'm hard working family man I don't deserve this negative feedback as he cheated me regards martin Plus we do roofing and buildings all so I don't appicate the comment we roofers now it's none of your business
