I hired SQR Roofing&Building services to facelift my garden and bathroom. Unfortunately, they didn't do a good job. The tiling in the bathroom is uneven and the wood on the threshold between bathroom and landing is broken. Regarding the garden, they didn't put down enough grouting. As a result garden path and porch are covered with weeds. I contacted them a few times by phone and left messages on line. They contacted me and promised to come and fix the problems but never did. The last time they contacted me and asked me to buy the material again however they took the leftover material with them. Because of the above, I would not recommend them to anybody.

Great job by the lads. Professional and well mannered. Left the place clean and tidy. Lawn is looking lovely. I've given your number to a couple of people in my area that will be calling you. Regards Raj

5 star service, very professional from work done to the billing/invoicing. I have other builders on site and even they commented on the job done to a high standard and very quickly. Cleaned up and left the job 100% complete. Would highly recommend and in fact Martin is pricing up some more work for me in on my project.

Garden clearance. Great job well done. Patrick and the guys did a really good job doing my garden ie putting down gravel,gates and a fence. I would recommend them for sure!

Martin and his crew are great and reliable builders. They communicate very well throughout the works and stick to the set-out schedule and agreed works. They dug out the front yard for us and put up a fence with concrete posts as well as put new foundation and slabs in the front yard. Thanks

Martin and his team have been excellent thought, couldn't have been better. We are very glad we chose to go with him as we had been let down by previous people and left with a half built wall and loads of building materials. Martin started the job very quickly and was done pretty much in a day. The quality of the work was excellent and he communicated efficiently throughout, sending pictures regularly to update and check we were happy with the work. I am now asking him to do our back garden as he did such a great job on the front. Sounds silly, but my girlfriend also found him to be very likable and easy to speak to, in the past she has struggled with tradesmen so this is a really positive sign.

I can not praise Martin and his team enough!! They came and fixed up my garden after cowboy builders had left it in a state.. the team esp Patrick, Ali and Eddie listened to every little thing I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect!!! SQR are an amazing company who really go above and beyond expectations!! So reasonably priced too! I recommend SQR 100% u will not be disappointed with their work.

This job was left in a huge mess, concrete spilled everywhere, and excess just poured into a dip in the middle of the garden rather than taken away and disposed of appropriately. This added a huge amount to my workload as we had to dig said concrete out in order to lay a lawn. My elderly client was also left feeling very uncomfortable with the behaviour of the team who 'completed' the work. When I tried getting in touch with Martin to complain I was simply ignored.

Martin's team did a wonderful job in a very short period of time. He has a super team! Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with our beautiful new garden! Martin and Patrick have just transformed our garden from a concrete mess to an absolutely lovely garden we can be proud of. The project was not a particularly easy one as it involved carrying all the rumble including 18 tonnes of concrete through the house yet they managed to do this with very minimal mess and dust. We were also impressed with the fact that they sourced all the materials for us and worked closely to the design we wanted. Martin, Patrick and their team where friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and professionally. My husband and I are so happy with the work they did and we would highly recommend them. Thanks again!
