Martin was prompt, polite and effective. Fixed the problem, identified more problems and then fixed them too. He communicated with me throughout and my tenants were very happy with his service.

Having moved a side garden fence outwards towards the road, we engaged MCM to re-turf the area which became integrated into our back garden. They also laid a few Patio Stones for subsequent use with a BBQ. We were so delighted with the work done that we then decided to have the rest of our front garden re-turfed so it was of the same high standard. One very happy customer.

Martin came out on the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. He completed the work straight away and was helpful at explaining what had caused the leak and what needed to be done.

Martin’s team assess the problem quickly. When they fixed the issue, they worked quickly and were very tidy.

Martin came to fix a leaking gutter for my house plus cleaning the neighbour's gutter. Our gutters share a single down pipe in the middle. Initially there seemed to be no problem but when it rained it was clear the guttering on the neighbour’s side was leaking extremely badly. They've never had a problem for over 10 years so this was clearly something that Martin had broken. Upon closer inspection, I could see Martin had installed central T joint for the down pipe too high and prevented proper draining from the neighbour’s gutter. To Martin's credit, when I called about the issue, he did come back. However, he came with 2 assistance and they carried out the repairs in an extremely hastily and careless way. They threw muck from the gutter onto the garden floor like that was acceptable. Martin was extremely evasive about the fault of his work, he tried not to take any responsibility for his work and only after persistence did he then try to correct his work. In the end, the work he did caused more damage and created more of a leak on the neighbour's gutter. He even rested his ladder against the gutter, squashing and bending it against the house, while he went up to do a water test. And only came down to move the ladder off the gutter when he felt it was affecting the water drainage. His work was extremely careless and haphazardness. My neighbour has decided to get a more professional company to fix the problems that Martin has caused. Would not recommend Martin.
