Job completed on time and as agreed. Alex used his cosiderable knowledge to diagnose the cause of the damp problem (which wasn't picked up by a previous 'damp specialist' called out 2 years ago to resolve the issue) as being badly sealed windows. Solution was therefore swift and cost effective. Would recommend.

Leaking roof repaired. We've had some horrendous weather this winter and there has been no sigh of any leaks since the roof was reaired, so I am happy with the work that was carried out. I will hire this tradesman again if I need more work to be carried out to my house.

Alex came very quickly to give me a quote. Instead he actually temporarily fixed the problem while I find some keys he requires before he can investigate fully. He did this at no charge!! I am running my own pharmacy and could not give any time to him but he just did his job and I hardly noticed he was here. A highly ethical gentlemen who refused any payment for his time as he wanted to be 100% sure that the problem was fixed.

Excellent Builder. Did everything as promised and more. Did not try and add to quote as so many try to do. Was done earlier than expected and all in a very professional manner. Cleared up everything and ensured I was happy. Trust this builder without hesitation and the team... Even controlled the unruly neighbours - GRIN :)
