Alex was very professional from the start. The moment I read his quote through, I knew, even though it was a little more expensive, that it was comprehensive, left no hidden costs, and he knew exactly what the job was, and how to give the best result and finish, and that regardless of other quotes I received I would end up choosing ADR to do the job. Suffice to say he turned up when specified, completed the work as described, removed the birds nest and waste materials. He also offered sound advice about further work that might be required in the roof space in the future, and also provided me with recommendations for reducing condensation in the property which we are also combating. Following a leak and damp issue that has stumped other tradesman that looked at the job, Alec and his team quickly got grips with the problem and then out lined a number of options to fix the issue. They carried out the work quickly and professionally and where very friendly and reassuring through out the job. They arrived on time and explained every step of the work they undertook which was all completed to budget. They also issued a ten year guarentee. I was very impressed and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for a job well done.

First time on this site and must say a pleasure,builder wrang came to see job, Alex first class service ,first class job,great price no messing about i would highly recomend this builder to anyone makes a nice change for someone to do exactly what he says without letting you down more builders need to take a few lessons from these guys ten out of ten and am going to ring theses guys again in the future when i need anything else doing thanks again for making this a no hassle job.

Alex's communication was first class - when he said he would phone he did . He arrived promptly when an appointment was made and always kept me informed of progress .When sourcing supplies ( chimney cowl and ridge tiles ) he looked for the best value items . When a problem arose because the ridge tiles did not match ( not his fault as my original tiles turned out to be older than the house ) he did his best make sure the end result was more than acceptable - even bad weather did not prevent him , and his team , from finishing the job . All in all he went above and beyond to provide a quality service at a good price - I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Alec arrived on time, worked hard (in unpleasant cold and wet conditions) to reattach the downpipes to my guttering, cleared silt from the gutters, fitted a new sealed join between 2 lengths of guttering and adjusted the level of one length of guttering. Throughout, he was professional, tidied up afterwards and kept me informed about what he was doing. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Alex did an excellent job, arrived when he said he would gave us options on how we could repair the roof, and expertly completed the job.

Alex and his men did a great job repairing and replacing broken panes and sashes in our sash windows, draught proofing, and getting them running properly after years of paint build up - also painted inside and out and added secondary glazing to one window - Alex also sourced correct weights for one window at no extra cost. They cleaned up afterwards and even dusted and polished where necessary, worked hard and finished the job to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again - thanks guys
