Alan and Kerri did a thorough and professional job to treat the leaking walls and clear the blocked gutters which should prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future.

Excellent! From my first interactions with both Kerri and Alan, they were professional and advised me on what treatment was required for the wall. I appreciated the fact that Alan spent time with me over a Facetime call examining the wall (both inside and outside). Alan clearly explained what was required, how the work would be performed and what was required after the treatment. There was also a little damp coming into the opposite wall which they also treated as part of the overall quote for the initial wall. If you require any of their services, I would highly recommend AL Damp Proofing. Thoroughly professional and just good people.

The job went very smoothly with all internal work carried out quickly and thoroughly with a great clean up after and guarantees provided. Alan and Kerri are a great couple to deal with.

Polite and cleaned up after themselves. Turned up at the time agreed. I don’t know much about how to deal with damp but Alan explained everything and even kindly checked other areas that we hadn’t agreed On. The job was completed 3 hours earlier than expected.

The guys were very polite and professional, with great communication throughout. They explained every step of the process clearly. The wet patches are still drying, but hopefully the issue has now been resolved.
