Very good communication, punctual and charged a fair amount. The initial job ultimately wasn't required due to our error however Aksal did identify that there needed to be some disconnection carried out with regards to the fact our washing machine was plumbed into the kitchen sink pipes. This has saved us problems with our house move tomorrow and was appreciated.
