i did a good job for this customer, This job was only £110 materials and labour. My invoice was given to customer for £110 for the materials and labour (which is what im obliged) to give. He then demanded the invoice for the purchased item. The customer has no right for the purchase invoice which is in my name, has my account details (inc bank details) which are required for my own accounting process. i did the job for the quoted price, this fan does not come with a user manual, only a installation manual. but i emailed him a link for this anyway. You just cant please some people.

Tanya was nice lady who had a problem with her bathroom fan, she knew my fee which was £50 for the first 2 hours and £10 per each half hour after that, no promises made that it would be sorted within the 2 hours. i went into the loft to get access to the fan and the ducting to carry out some test, yes i there about an hour. I then gave her two options / prices to solve her problem. i even offered to waiver the £50 if she was go ahead with either of the works . Tanya said she needed to think about it and she paid me £50. This negative feedback is totally unjustified. If Tanya wanted just a free estimate she should have posted appropriately, i was there to do work as we spoke on the phone previously . My feedback speaks for its self.
