I have mixed feeling about the service received. After I short listed they got back to me promptly the next day. We set a date to fit 3 new Radiators (already installed on wall). They said they were coming in a afternoon, but turned up at 5pm and then advise they would not have enough time to start the job. I was quite put back as I had other worked lined up which needed the plumbing finished, but giving the benefit of the the doubt arranged another time at their earliest convenience (4 days later). They advise they do not remove floorboards (something else I found quite odd for plumbers, considering most pipes are under the floorboard)- I therefore removed and cut a couple myself for them giving them access. The quote increased from £120 to £200 - I'm not sure how as they claimed as they needed more for the access (which they then had me arrange for them). After they left I noticed they hadn't bleeded half the old radiators and in some case only bleeded half of a double radiator. The next day I found a leak, call and messaged them but they didn't respond so had to call out another plumber - they called back 6 hours later, but it was already to late. He found many errors in their work, wonky pipes, nuts that hadn't be closed, and untidy practices. A&F gas also advised I needed £320 of additional work doing to the boiler which the call out plumber disagreed with (but I cant comment as not a professional in the area) - That aside, they were both very friendly and considerate.
