Well where do I start I think this company is one of them one you have to keep an eye on ... booked this company to come diagnose the problem with my boiler on arrival a engineer diagnosed the problem with in half hour so was happy with that and paid him £70 and awaited the quote for further works ..... receive the quote and seemed abit high so sorted the parts myself and spoke to the company about rescheduling to carry out the repair ..... after a convo telling them that that iv got the parts for him to install a lot cheaper than they quoted to then be told he will not fit my parts due to them being off the internet (lol) I brought them from a well known suppliers of genuine parts after telling them this I then get told they wouldn’t fit the parts due to guarantee after telling them I’m not bothered about guarantee on any parts aslong as it works then they leave il be happy to then be told that it is illegal to buy part for a boiler and have a gas safe Engineer engineer fit them at this moment I’m now confused Plus told it would take 2hrs to fit new parts ....had a different company attended and fitted new parts in under an hour Moral of the story is be careful with this company as they like to make them self look good at the beginning to get the work then slap a good amount of £££ on top of parts and charge abit more than they should for labour on the 2nd visit shame really because seemed like a good engineer

These have to be two of the nicest people ever. Very professional great communication did an excellent job of putting in new pipes so a gas cooker could be fitted punctual polite tidy I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Prompt, did as was asked, left no mess. Also fitted an outside tap for me. Very pleased.
