    Replace flexible gas hose to cooker

    Carried out work efficiently and professionally far cheaper than than the "big" company we have been using for years. Can highly recommend.

    LPG cooker install - end of week next week eg 25th/26th

    Excellent. An initial visit was aborted because I underestimated what needed changing. They then came back with all the extra kit and did a great job in quick time. Nice people. Very thorough and professional. They are also one of the few LPG qualified around. And a reasonable price.

    Cut back gas pipe for gas hob - available today

    LPG fitting

    Mikel & Maria did a very tidy job fitting my oven & job to LPG. They were very professional & great communicators. All in all a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. J

    Landlady enquiring about Gas certificate quote

    Had to engage another plumber to complete the work which Mykel had started but left leaking and faulty. The second plumber quickly identified the issue and fixed it with a minimum of fuss. Once paid Mykel had refused to go back to rectify his mistakes. The tenant had asked for months, for him to go around and sort out the 'Nest' which he had installed that never worked and a leaking joint he had failed to rectify, which was never done. All-in-all a really disappointing experience with both ourselves and the tenant left feeling let down and frustrated. I would not use this person again nor would I recommend them to others.

    Sadly we all get at least one of these customers who think they are your only customer. We stopped working for this landlord, as we think many others probably have, due to chasing outstanding invoices and problematic tenants who demand us to attend their property with no notice. We were aware of a small drip on an existing valve, however, the tenant cancelled appointments on more than one occasion and expected us to attend on last minute notice. As for the Nest, this system is a well recognised and an extremely good system that was misunderstood by the end user due to lack of knowledge. This landlord also expected us to attend jobs that were tenant issues, ie boiler not working which turned out to be because they had run out of gas, which she did not want to pay a REDUCED call out for. We would not recommend working for this landlord; she is quick to criticise, demand refunds, which we have honoured on 2 occasions out of good will, and discuss your accreditations and attributes behind your back.

    Service Boiler

    Hi Jim, thank you for taking time to leave feedback, albeit negative. This was an unfortunate incident whereby I did call to apologise for missing the appointment. Mykel had injured his arm on the day and it was rearranged for the following day. He was still in a great amount of pain and due to my concern for him, I failed to call to let you know. I did call on Saturday to apologise and left a polite voicemail. This was an exceptional circumstance and we do not usually conduct our business in this way.

    System check

    The engineer arrived on time and although he had to wait for access to the property, he was polite and efficient. Worked well and left everything tidy.
