Tony is a very good person to deal with - he does always get back to you with an answer to your question and does deliver what he promises. We are very happy with our two replacement bathroom windows.

Excellent in every aspect of the job. Good, reassuring, web presence; excellent customer service and communication; clean, fast completion of the job. Will not advertise in future for glazing work - we'll just call A&E.

Tony and his team did a great job, we needed to replace our patio doors urgently as they had been accidentally broken and he organised for replacement doors and frame to be made and fitted within a week of my first email to him. His company is FENSA certified too so we knew it was being done by the right people. His team were very courteous and tidy and completed the work with no issues at all.

Tony did an excellent job. He was able to visit on the same day and although the job was a bit bigger than we originally thought, he completed it quickly and for the same price as his original quote. Highly recommended.

Anthony is one of the top rate people on this site apparently and I am not surprised. I hired him to fit a double glazed window in my bedroom of my flat built in 1850. He quoted a good price (far cheaper than the big glazers). On the day though 2 other people of his turned up to do the work and they were not really up to the complexity of the job - the plaster is a disaster area in my flat and is completely missing in some areas! The result was a window that didn't look straight. I called Anthony and he made time to come across London to see the result. He agreed it wasn't good enough. He then spent the whole day pulling the window out and more or less rebuilding the wall it was sitting on before replacing the window and completely remaking the frame around it. He had to come back 2 more times to finish the job and didn't charge me a penny extra even when I offered to pay. OK, he perhaps he should have guessed the state of the plaster and did the job himself rather than using junior guys but he went above and beyond the call of duty to make good on it and I ended up getting a fantastic deal. The window is now perfect - it's completely silent, looks great and with no condensation or other problems. Thoroughly recommended.

The guys worked hard and got the job done with minimal interruption. Polite, industrious and I am happy with the results.

We chose Anthony based on his reasonable prices and due to the fact that he seemed to be a professional and very polite. The work was done, not exactly on time as the job had to be spread out due to his busy schedule. Once the job was completed we needed some further repairs that were not completed and unfortunately it took Anthony a long time to make these repairs and I had to leave a phone call to tell him that I would expect him to treat it as a new job considering we had paid for the job in full. Also, as time has passed and now Summer is upon us where we use the windows I have been disappointed as some of the top sash windows do not stay up (ie weights are incorrect), and there are massive gaps between the window frames which causes a horrible noise if there is wind and finally some of the bolts haven't been screwed in correctly and have fallen apart. Shame really as he is a nice bloke but in future I'd probably pay a little more to get the job done to meet my expectations.
