Tony did a good job overall. He was willing to follow our exact requirements and the price (around £400) was reasonable. Job was completed within our desired time frame. Had a few issues but Tony resolved quickly and came back to finish some bits off after the plasterer/decorating. Would use again and would recommend.

I chose A&E Glazing due to the very good price quoted and the huge amount of positive feedback they already had. The customer service was excellent they were polite and professional, turned up on time and even suggested an alternative and better design option for the work that needed carrying out. They finished on time, am very pleased with the job they carried out, they tidied up throughout the job and after they left and i would not hesitate on recommending them or using them again. One very satisfied customer!!

Lovely new doors, very good job done quickly and cleanly, even tho one of the door glasses was the wrong size so they had to go back to the factory & collect the right one. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Tony and A&E Glazing to any of my friends and anyone else.

I am really happy with the work Tony (and his colleagues) did for me. The quote was competitive and the work was excellent. Tony gave helpful advice on what would would be best for my flat and the job was done promptly and with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony to my family and friends.

We are absolutely delighted with the work he and his team did - it's completely transformed the house. His feedback speaks for itself so right from the start I felt in safe hands. He's a really personable guy and a great communicator. We'd had several other quotes and his was very competitive. He worked in other projects we wanted - but didn't think we could afford - which other window companies couldn't offer. We had double glazing; bevelled glass fanlights to 2 bays; frosted glass on the bathroom and hallway windows; a catflap in a glass door; 2 windows blocked up; a mirrored wall (approx 2.5x2.5m); and a stained glass window made up to my own design for the landing window. When I made a mistake in choosing one of the colours for the stained glass Tony sorted it out with without hassle or additional expense. Whilst blocking up a window in our shower room he offered to pull down the tiling that needed to go. This was much appreciated as it's saved us a lot of time. Tony, Darren, Nick and Jamie were really nice guys to have around and are very trustworthy. Tony is very good at what he does and understands that customer satisfaction together with attention to detail is key. He's obviously building up a really successful business. I would recommend A&E Glazing to friends and family without hesitation and in future I will go straight to Tony rather than wasting on other quotes.

I am delighted with the job A&E Glazing did, the windows look great. The guys turned up dead on time and had the job finished in half a day, all cleaned up, very professional. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Tony and A&E Glazing to any of my friends and anyone else, they did a top job.

It was a straight forward job and Tony did the job quickly, fixing more than he originally said he could. He came with an assistant who went in and out to get things which helped. Even had a card machine to take payment which makes everything easier. No problems.

Job not done yet, but this feedback is to say that the price agreed is for the original job + an extra window that I've decided replace, not just for the original 1 bay & 1 sash; so to just provide the price, mybuilder.com, would be misleading! Maybe you should add a space for notes to the 'agreed price' field to provide for this sort of eventuality.

Tony didn't do the installation himself, but the two guys who did the work were friendly, polite and fast working. They managed to install my hi-tech cat flap (Pet Porte Smart Flap) despite not having seen one before, with just a small amount of trial and error. They also replaced a broken kitchen window with no problems at all. Great to be able to pay by card. Tony was always responsive to my text messages / calls, despite his clearly busy schedule. The only minor thing that could have been improved was the communication from his side - it took three appointments before he came to do the quote and measurements, and I had to contact him twice after that to find out when they would be coming to install the new glass, despite being promised a call back. Still, the work was completed fast and with no problems, so I would recommend using Tony!
