We hired ADL Building Services to plaster two walls and build a bespoke cabinet in our living room to house a dishwasher. The work was not completed despite them requesting over £400 extra on top of the agreed price. The work done was done to such a poor standard that we will need to demolish it and start again, they left holes in the walls, crooked doors, a badly installed skirting board and the cabinet unfinished. The company owner Mr Florian admitted to the poor work and agreed to meet us, to discuss correcting it, only to cancel on many occasions. These are the kind of builders you would see on TV programs being prosecuted as cowboys. I would advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid them as they do not know what they are doing. Unfortunately this time we lost our money but we have informed our lawyers and the trading standard office to get involved so they don't do this to anyone else.

ADL Building attended on time. They completed the jobs and an additional job of replacing and laying floor tiles. Very good quality workmanship, precise, efficient and tidy. They were very polite, helpful and professional. ADL Building have a great 'can do' attitude and used innovative solutions to complete the job while ensuring we remained within budget. I'm very happy with the work completed.

Florin and Gheorghe completed the works with dilligence and care. I am pleased with their professional attitude and skills and will definetely shortlist to hire again.

Florin and his team did a very nice job on my parents shed and they cleared all of the rubbish too. Although it took a little longer than initially anticipated, Florin kept us well informed throughout the job and made sure that we were happy with everything. Thanks a lot!

The job was helping with the construction of a medicinal herb garden at the University of East London in Stratford. We were struggling to find the time to get the garden completed before an opening at the end of July and I therefore decided to post the job on MyBuilder. We were very happy that we decided to hire ADL Building Services. The job (2 pergolas, greenhouse base, raised bed and construction of a large wooden bench) was very professional and the finish to a high standard. The price for the job was very reasonable and we were able to adjust work to fit in with our budget. I can really say that they went above and beyond to get the work finished on a very tight schedule (working late evenings and weekends when we needed them to). The team was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. I can't recommend Florin, Danny and their team enough.

Very pleased that I hired Florin and his team. Excellent workmanship, strong professional pride, competitive price. Did more than I asked for. No hesitation in recommending Florin or using him again. This is how you'd want builders and tradesmen to be.

My Tenant's husband is actually a builder and so was very fussy, but he was very impressed with the job and the neatness and professional attitude. I found Florin very flexible and easy to work with. Will most likely be contacting him soon as I have another job in store. Highly recommended!

Good standard of work and a friendly builder. Also the best value by quite a long way compared to others who quoted on this site for the job. A little disorganised - he came without materials and had to come back on another day to finish the job, however he did keep in touch throughout. I'd use him again if I had more jobs which needed doing.

The building was fast and efficient, the quality good. I am very pleased.
