Florin from ADL building services quoted and delivered my job. He turned up on time to deliver the quote, texting within 1/2 hour of my apartment to confirm his arrival. He explained what needed to be done and why. This gave me security and confidence in his ability. He turned up with his colleague on time to deliver the job, again texting to confirm his arrival within 1/2 hour. All surfaces were covered to prevent dust and protect the environment. The job was completed in the time stated to a very high standard and at the quoted price. They returned the area clean and tidy. I will definitely use Florin and ADL again and will recommend their services.

I have hired ADL for an emergency plumbing and redecoration job, and I was very satisfied with the overall quality and speed of the works done. Florin is a very professional project manager, in the same time a pleasant and understanding person. The works were carried out in the least disruptive manner, and within the agreed delays and costs. In addition, Florin has the ability to deal with a complex situation. He managed to solve problems in the context of a major leak involving a number of different parties in the building. Well done.

Very happy with the work. Florin and his assistant stayed until after 8pm to ensure it was finished in one day. They cleared up after themselves, even taking some other rubbish that was nothing to do with the job to the tip as a favour. The work was complicated, involving two flats, but was completed to a good standard. Highly recommended.

I needed plinths fabricated with very short notice and these guys really helped me out of a jam. I gave them a description of what i needed on be morning and they were delivered to me by 5pm the same day.
