Plumber arrived and was very pleasant, got straight down to fixing plumbing under sink which surprised me as I thought I was only getting a quote! However, as it was a relatively small job I was pleased that the job could be done on the spot and presumed the cost would be reasonable (and by that I don't mean cheap, just a fair price). I asked the cost after the job was done and was told that the she didn't know how much and that I would be invoiced. I waited until I got the bill before I gave feedback which I'm glad I did. I'm happy enough with the work done but I'm really disappointed with the bill. I think the labour cost for 1.5 hours work is excessive (even if it was rounded up to 2 hours) so with this in mind AbleGirl Plumbing will not get any more business from me!
