Replaced 3 ridged tiles on block of 4 flats, and and a couple of broken tiles he noticed needing replacing. Also completed a very overdue gutter clean. Very fairly priced and completed job when he said he would. Tied up after himself. Easy to communicate with and very nice guy. Very happy customer. Thanks Kevin.
