These guys did a very good job and when above and beyond to complete the job as quickly and cleanly as possible. Thought they were a little bit expensive but I suppose that's the cost of living nowadays

I hired this company from Mybuilder website to fix the fallen fence. after 10 minutes of shortlisting him, he rang me around 9.30am and we agreed to fix the existing fence for £150, he promised to attend the site within 30minutes, which looked like he got very good services. However after an hour he rang again to say he will attend at 3.0pm. When he attended the site he changed the quote to replace all the whole fence for £400. i had no other choice so I agreed to the quote, then he asked me to pay £200 upfront, on promise to complete the job in the same day, I paid him £300 upfront, As the tenant took ½ day off work, to look after him, however at 5.0pm he rang again saying he can’t do the job because there is a queue on material, and promised to do the fence next day at 8.0am, I rang him next day at 10.0am he was not on site. It took him 1.30min to fix new fence, after finished he asked me to pay the outstanding £100, I asked him to provide me with proper invoice for the completed works, he refused to provide invoice and threatened to take the fence down. I told him I will ring the police if he took the fence down. Luckily I recorded all conversations, just in case if anything happens to the fence, so I got an evidence of his threatening. After 2 days he provided a bad invoice and I paid his money. In brief, he is not reliable and not trusted person. Be very careful when dealing with him.

Ashley and his work mate were absolutely brilliant, very friendly, punctual, professional, full of advice and help when asked or needed. They went out of their way to make things right even when it was not their fault. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
