Simon and Son turned up promptly and quickly and efficiently proceeded to carry out the work of re-sealing my shower unit. After a strong cup of tea (no sugar!) and in accordance with their prediction the job was completed in good time to a very good standard. The cost was also that which was set out and accepted by myself before the work commenced. I would certainly look to seek Simon and Sons for any future work required.

Right on time, friendly, but no invoice. The trader arrived right on time and was very friendly. I had posted a job to install an internal stop tap, but I was not sure if the property already had one. I explained this clearly, and he agreed to come, check, and then quote me. We settled on a price for the installation. On the day, he inspected the property, confirmed that there was already a stop tap, and charged me 80% of the agreed installation price. While the charge felt quite high for simply confirming the stop tap’s existence, I understand that every trader sets their own prices, so I cannot complain about that aspect. The real issue is that, despite contacting him repeatedly through the app for over four weeks, I never received an invoice. This lack of response and failure to provide proper documentation has been very disappointing
