Terrible. Very money minded and will never call him again. Charged me for having wrong Item, charge just to diagnose my boiler. Didn't believe when I said I called a specialist to do a job. This guy got mental problems with trust. He should be removed from check a trader. He's useless & worships money! If I could rate 0 star I would!

Ben was very proactive. Got an accurate quote over the phone. Arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The tenants is known for being difficult sometimes but Ben dealt with it in a professional manner to the extent that the tenants even called me and said he was a very good guy and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend Ben and will use him again in the future.

Nandre Arrived & Explained all about the work he would be doing. He bought all his Tools & Set straight on with the job.He went above & beyond as the Toilet was very old & needed a bit of work to remove. He replaced certain parts that did not come with the new Toilet & did not over charge for what he replaced. When he completed everything he asked me to check & see if all was working & if I was happy with the job. No complaints whatsoever he cleaned up after him. Excellent job will definitely use again & recommend to anyone who needs a good plumber. Rates very good.
