While I can understand the need to resolve the issue fully was to find the manhole under my kitchen flooring meant the job was curtailed I was disappointed in lack of coordinator seeing any need to coordinate a visit after when I had found it myself an hour later. Ashley responded incredibly quickly and fixed a persistent, slow-leaking radiator valve the very same day. He replaced the faulty valve and drain-off fitting, refilled the system with inhibitor, and carried out a full annual boiler service for an exceptionally fair, agreed price. Extremely disappointing experience. I was told from the outset that the work would be covered by insurance, which turned out to be incorrect. I was charged 5,000 for investigating and fixing a water leak, however the initial workmanship was very poor and the leak was still present after they left. On a second opinion was told, the plumber cracked my soil stack and then attempted to charge a further 5,000 to repair damage. Insurance did not cover any of this, despite repeated assurances that it would. I requested a refund for the additional money paid and received no response at all. In the end, I had to hire another builder to properly fix the leak and repair the cracked soil stack. Only around 3 to 4 hours of work was carried out, yet I was charged for 12 hours. The pricing was completely unjustified for the work done. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and get multiple opinions before proceeding.

£2,360 to completely gut and install a 2x3m bathroom. Wojtek was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Even when there was small leak one evening, he immediately drove back half an hour to fix it in the evening. Also when I messed up the ordering of some parts, he was accommodating and didn't get frustrated with me. The quality of the workmanship appears to be excellent (to the untrained eye) and he delivered everything exactly on schedule. A really really minor point, was that he used the wrong colour grout in an unobvious spot, because he ran out of the correct colour, but he came back an fixed it straight away. But that is nit-picking. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using him again. And to top it all off, he's a nice bloke.
