Jay came and built the bathroom but did not fit the cabinet because he said it hadn't arrived. He said he would return to fit it when it arrived. After 3 months and one excuse after another he still has not fitted it. We noticed a leak from the ceiling below the bathroom, contacted him to come and fit it but now he has said he cannot help due to poor health. Fraud. Taking legal action now. Do not use.
