I wouldn't use this company, the person Sam who claimed to be the owner of the company isn't. He asked for £1000 upfront which we gave to him. He then had issues getting a chippy, he walked off with the money. The 1000 was for part payment of the chippy. It was only because he told us about a job that he was on that we had to chase him from Folkestone to Margate where eventually he manned up and gave us some money back after speaking to his father in law. Although that was eventful as Sam was on site when we turned up and the father in law, lied and said he was at the hospital with his daughter as she was giving birth. Later on when Sam did phone us he said he had been on a job. Utter liars. Then he withheld most of the 1000 and stated he had spoken to another plumber and gave us a total for the work that he had completed. I would say if you are a plumber you should know what your charge is without asking someone else. In the end he held me to ransome and only gave me back 300. When I've asked another plumber what the job would be worth as he was only on site for 1 day they said 350. There wasn't any negotiation he held on to what he could. Because of him I'll never pay upfront again. Also he cost me more money as he didn't Bury the pipework and cost me more in chippy material. Don't touch with a barge pole he is a bloke who doesnt stick to his word and isn't a man who sorts out things with honour and he hides behind people.
