Grant listened to my concerns re a leaking roof and my worries about a threatened heavy downpour due the same day. He said he would get to me later that day and actually turned up early as he realised the rain would arrive earlier than expected. He had brought everything with him that he could think he might possibly need to do a successful repair, which was great. Grant was cheerful, even when he was getting rained on. He was reassuring, helpful, professional, offered useful advice on questions I had concerning other maintenance issues and really put my mind at rest.
