Alberto was first class 👍. He replied right away, took the time to come out to he could quote properly. Ince complete he was quite unhappy with the end result but this wasn’t his workmanship or the shower enclosure, this was the walls. None of them are remotely even, I like the fact he’s a bit of a perfectionist. I’ll definitely hire him again. Thanks a lot 👍

The work I have been taking place has been the likes of kitchen sinks, outside taps, bathroom installations, radiators/ heating systems, taps and all sorts of plumbing repairs. Over these past months I have developed the skills and confidence to be able to take on the responsibility of jobs outside of my work and would like to take more on here.

Very bad experience. I hired Robbie to supply and fit a replacement toilet pan at my sister's house, who is disabled. He contacted me quickly and quoted £200 for the ceramic pan and £70 to fit. I needed it quickly for her, so I agreed. He arrived and removed the existing pan and "fitted" the replacement, alongwith a very cheap plastic toilet seat (which he fitted badly). He told me to wait a few hours as the silicon needed to set. After a few hours, I tried the toilet. It was completely unfixed to the floor and the seat just slid off the pan. I contacted him as soon as possible, but he was "at work and couldn't come." Turns out he is only an apprenctice. I had to hire a professional plumber to properly fix the toilet to the floor and I had to purchase a decent toilet seat for my sister. The plumber said that the toilet supplied by Robbie only cost around £70 from a wholesaler, but Robbie charged me £200. READ his profile before you hire this guy.
