Mark was fantastic! a big claim i know but he came to look at the problem with the boiler, then a few days later came when he said he would and fixed it, and he was about to go on holiday and he still put the customer first, you can't say fairer than that can you. So would I book him again, yes I definitely would.

We needed to fit a used gas fireplace we bought from Facebook marketplace, Scott agreed to do this job, the opening was a bit too small and he did his best to make it right for the piece, which I was super happy with as he helped with such a hard job. He was always on time, very neat around the working area, very efficient approach, I’m very happy with him doing this job! He did the dirty part first and then after the gas was reconnected returned to do the rest, ie install the fireplace. He was flexible to find a time slot for us as we needed to do it asap. I’m very grateful for his work, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a gas engineer and of course will use his help in future if we need any!
