Michael fitted a new Combi boiler changing the whole central heating from a conventional system to a combi system. The first thing he done was to lay dustsheets down everywhere before he started any work. He finished the work in the time he said he would and left the house clean and tidy even hovering at the end. We were very pleased and would definitely use Michael for any other plumbing work and will be passing his name on to friends.

Neal constructed 2 x MDF bookcases made to our requirements. It took a little while to make progress in terms of hearing back from him. We negotiated a fair price and were pleased that he attended the property to check measurements of the area the bookcases were to be situated. We also asked him if could think of a storage solution for a utility cupboard we already had built. The price for this we felt was a little expensive and so proceeded with the bookcases only. We are pretty pleased with the finished products. The measurements are accurate and they look good. Neal checked what kind of shelving and shelving fittings we wanted and kindly brought a spare shelf for each of the cupboards beneath the shelves as we forgot to specify how many we wanted within the cupboards; it would have been better had he contacted us before delivery to check, as we would have preferred to pay for more. Indeed, we later asked Neal if he would do some additional ones that we may collect from him - he agreed to but, unfortunately, we still haven't heard from him. Neal seems like a really nice guy and is very polite and professional. A little better communication would have helped (also from our side at some points) and getting the additional shelves would improve our confidence in hiring him for, say, a bigger or more complicated job in the future. Overall, pretty satisifed. We wish him all the best.
