Installed the wrong flooring initially and took almost a year to correct it, causing major disruption and putting my tenancy at risk. The property was left in a poor state with no proper clean-up, requiring professional cleaners, and materials were left in a communal area overnight, raising safety concerns. More recently, after moving furniture, further issues have come to light. Incorrect floorboards remain and appear to have been concealed, and there is evidence of poor-quality joinery hidden behind furniture. After raising these concerns, communication became inappropriate and distressing. I received accusatory messages attempting to place blame on me, along with comments questioning my character and how I “sleep at night.” The tone was aggressive, intended to intimidate, and felt threatening rather than professional. Given they have had access to my home, this behaviour made me feel unsafe. Reported to the platform. Would not recommend.

My request for replacing all my guttering and down pipe was on a very tight deadline and needed to be completed within 2 weeks as my house was going on the market. Steve contacted me within the hour of placing my ad and 2 days later came to give me a quote for the works (which included showing me choices of different shapes of guttering, which I had no idea existed!). Despite other work commitments, the works were done the following week. Steve arrived early and completed the work that day, which was well within my deadline. The professionalism and workmanship are second to none. The old guttering and debris were also taken away. My window sills were also cleaned! I would highly recommend Steve and would certainly use him for any future projects I may have. He clearly knows his trade, he's a very nice chap and a family man. Thank you!
