Christian arrived at my property exactly when he said he would. He fixed my bathroom tap quickly which had became loose a few weeks ago and I couldn't use, he also tightened the whole tap plate which I don't think has ever been tight. Christian then had a look at my kitchen tap, which was leaking and gave me great advice of what I need. Rather than replacing things, Christian likes to try and fix things first, which is great and saves extra expense. He is very polite and pleasant, I would highly recommend him.

Matt replaced the stopcock valve in my front garden. He was friendly, helpful and did the job for a reasonable price. I could see that he was diligent and trying to do the best job he could. He was held up for a few hours on the morning he was coming to do the job, but kept me informed and apologised when he turned up.
