David carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard and at a fair price so we we were very happy. We were so happy in fact that we actually asked him to complete an additional project at a later date (building and fitting a built in wardrobe) and as with the bathroom we were very happy with the end result . We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Ross was friendly and came the next day and did a good job in fixing the hot water issue. However he also serviced the boiler but I have not received the certificate and its been a few weeks now. Despite paying for it and chasing it has not arrived. Ross replied saying he had sent it via email but it has not come through. I don't like to post a negative review as like I say he did a good job but its disappointing to not receive the service certificate for the boiler, after paying for it, and now i will have to get someone else to do the same.

Mat came to quote for moving a radiator and ended up doing a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, installing a new boiler, putting in some new radiators and tiling our vestibule floor as well as project managing the re-plastering of much of the house. Mat is extremely thorough and very helpful at every step. He helped with the design and planning of our bathroom and coped very well with our inability to make decisions. He coordinated the whole project which made our lives easier and dealt well with us changing our mind on things like the sink half way thorough the project. We had an unexpected problem with our gas supply and Mat went above and beyond in helping us sort this out. It did mean a delay in part of the project but this was nothing to do with Mat, in fact, he was the one who ensured we got it sorted with the gas board as quickly as possible, he was then able to finish the project very quickly. We are very happy with all of Mat's work and on top of this, he is also just a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend him, in fact, he has already done our neighbours bathroom too!

Tom turned up exactly in the time frame he gave. Started work straight away and did a really good job. He left no mess, cleaned up after himself and even put contents of my under sink back where they came from. Tom was very nice and proffesional.
