Paul was very easy to communicate with . He was also very fair priced and did everything he could to ensure I was happy with the end result which I definitely was . He was polite and respectful and the work was of a high standard. I intend to use him again and he has told me he would be happy to help with either small or big jobs. It’s great to find someone I know I can call on and also trust and not have to keep trawling through all the different tradesmen profiles.

A bit disappointed in the end if I am being honest. ANDY came in to fit a new tap. The fitting seemed fine, but an issue with the water pressure was picked up so we were left with cold water which was okay as Andy was going to rectify. Seemed like a nice enough guy and actually came back and we paid for him to do some work on the pressure that seemed to temp resolve the issue. Within a day there was an issue with the hot water to the taps and I reached out to ANDY; no response until we eventually spoke. We booked a day for him to come and I took a day off work; he didn't rock up and didn't event bother to let me know. This is despite numerous messages or texts. Now we have no hot water! And I am going to have to pay another plumber to come and fix these issues. I really thought ANDY was a good, solid guy and we'd actually made plans for him to redo the radiators across the house; no chance now.
