Yes, in progress of starting now after several weeks of contemplation, am very happy actually at how friendly, relaxed and adaptive this company has been. No fuss, no pressure from them at all, as I have genuinely been taking my time to decide whether even do the job, let alone spend the money on drawings applications and planning applications . We have a difficult council - just wanted to start with that! Tanvir from Devine Property Services took our whole project through from start to finish, and that's with our council being difficult. He is a good listener and took all our points into consideration in what we wanted to achieve. Unfortunately our local council were nitpicking on obvious points that anyone with common sense would have realised. Our application was refused TWICE due to this, but both times Tanvir offered great support, studied the feedback (which was strange to read in itself), revised and resubmitted what needed to be done. Tanvir went as far as to call the planning officers involved to clarify designs, and due to this action - the planning officers eventually caved in and approved the designs.
