It was a pleasure to meet Keith and Rob. He dropped by to look at the job and he was very honest and gave good advice from the start. He suggested different ways to price the job depending on our budget. Keith is a very courteous, friendly and reliable man. I am very happy with the work done (internally insulated walls and ceiling) and the room really is much warmer than before. We are happy with the finish and quality of the works, perhaps a few areas where missed when they painted the room but this is very minor. It was really important we hired the right person as it was the baby room. Keith will be our go to man as we fully trust him.

It's been more than a year since we had Lee to help sort out our new home. Positives - he was prompt when he came to quote, he gave a fair price, he started roughly around the date he said he would, he finished the majority of the work in tight schedule allowing us to move in to a clean home. We were so impressed by him and his professionalism that we asked him to do more work.. this is when it went a bit pear shaped.. Negatives - not turning up due to variety of reasons, delaying tasks, I think some he couldn't do but instead of saying he can't, he kept saying he hasn't forgotten about us and will be back, weather related reasons often cited. In terms of costs - he didn't fit loft ladder as paid for but he then left his own ladder at the property. He was to fit doors - fair few of them not cut well or fitted well, they need adjusting and sorting. I last heard from him in November 2023.. Carl replied promptly to my ad. He has actually been the only one who was ready to start the renovation immediately. His project management skills are great, he knows what he does, and he is great at working with the customer to find the best solutions to all kinds of problems and difficulties that could arise when refurbishing an old flat like mine. 10/10! Petru and Diana were brilliant from start to finish! Super communicative, always on time and working hard. Their team took the initiative and problem solved when needed, and when there were challenges or new components to the job they were quick and fair to price the additional work. I would highly recommend their team for any renovation project!!

Ed carried out the complete internal refurbishment of our 3 bed house. The quality of Ed’s work was very high, with great attention to detail. We are architects and very demanding and Ed was very adaptable and happy to take onboard our (sometimes unusual) our requests.
