We are so happy with our new toilet refurb, our single toilet room look lovely after having a wall hung toilet, tiling, painting, lights fitted. Cupboard made, floor also tiled .Previously we had been let down by other tradesmen, Theresa and Andy were good to their word, working cleanly, reliable, doing all we asked, we now have a very posh water closet room fit for a king and Queen, its lovely job I cannot stop looking at it. We have had to renovate our whole house over the past 2years and have dealt with many tradesmen and I can honestly say Rafal is one of the best! This is the third job we have hired him to do over the past few weeks as he is so good. The kitchen fitters have done an awful job on my new kitchen and left no space to actually plumb in the tap, Rafal clearly told me what needed to be done to the unit to allow him to get the plumbing done and he even temporarily sorted out a solution for us to be able to use our washing machine until it was done. On return he done a great job, neat and tidy. The job cost a bit more than originally quoted but that was understandable as it was a more complicated job than originally thought and he was hard at it for 2 hours so still value for money!! Such a pleasant, hardworking guy!! Can't praise him enough, don't waste your time and money going anywhere else!

He did partly clear a block in the pipe. But he charged extra for a camera (I approved the extra cost but thought it would resolve the issue there and then), I’m struggling understand why this was an additional charge for a camera. Quoted a very high price to actually remove the block, I did my self for £20 using tools from amazon.

He knew the product very well and accomplished his task successfully. In fact, he had a high degree of expertise in this carpentry trade,very supportive, helpful to sort out the matter. came and diagnosed the issue which costed me approx £300, and was polite and knowledgeable. but after agreeing a date to carryout the remedial work. he let me down on the day and didnt provide alternative dates. this caused me further time and money to then find another tradesmen to carryout the work. I am overall very dissapointed.
