Dave and team completed a full kitchen renovation project for us even though we were unsure of the final design right up until the day the work started. Everyone worked extremely hard and overcame the inevitable minor problems with professionalism and good grace. Suggestions and improvements came thick and fast and the end result far exceeded our expectations. The team come highly recommended as a dependable unit capable of handling any job. I had a job to fix old storage heaters. Andrew responded in prompt and most professional manner. He did all the necessary checks, identified the issue, which was belong to electricity provider. Then, when they couldn't understand, Andrew came back following day to make a phone call to utility company explaining the problem. So, eventually it was sorted and heaters kicked in. Definitely, would recommend Andrew and call him again. Top professional 👌

Alex did a very good job replacing our downstairs WC and renovating the shower and the toilet on the upstairs en suite. Communication was excellent and was always on time and the work was completed in about 5days. Quality of work was excellent and very reasonable quote compared to two other quotes we received for the same job. Alex kept within the agreed budget even with some tile choice changes. I hired RJ Plumbing to fix a leaking shower tray. After the work, the leak was still there, and they suggested rebuilding the whole tray. I went ahead, but the result was very disappointing. The shower was installed incorrectly – hot and cold water were fitted the wrong way round – such a basic and avoidable mistake, which means the shower cannot even be used properly. On top of that, I had already paid them for rubbish disposal, but they never arranged for anyone to collect it. All the waste was left outside my property. The job remains unfinished, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have not been able to get any response to put things right. I paid in good faith, but the work was not done with reasonable care or professionalism. I would not recommend this tradesperson.
