He also took time to clean our front facing fence and offered to carry other work whilst he was here. AFTER MESSAGING ON MY BUILDER, JAMIE AND KEIGAN GOT IN TOUCH AND ARRANGED TO COME AND SEE THE BATHROOM. THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND MESSAGED ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. COMMUNICATION AND BEING PUNCTUAL IS MASSIVELY IMPORTANT TO US AS WE ARE ALSO BUSY PEOPLE. THEIR QUOTE BLEW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER AND I HAD A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEM BOTH. I ORDERED THE BATHROOM ITEMS AND THEY CHECKED THE ORDER OVER BEFORE DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED TO MAKE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED. KEIGAN WORKED ON HIS OWN ALL WEEK STARTING ON THE MONDAY AT 8AM AND FINISHING BY MID MORNING ON THE FRIDAY OF THE SAME WEEK. HE DID A FULL RIP OUT AND COMPLETE TOTAL NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION . I WORK FROM HOME AND HONESTLY HARDLY KNEW HE WAS IN THE HOUSE . HE LEFT THE ROOM AND THE OUTSIDE RUBBISH AREA NEAT AND TIDY EVERY DAY. WE ARE OVER THE MOON WITH THE END RESULT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH- ITS RARE TO FIND SOMEBODY WHO TURNS UP AS PROMISED AND GETS ON WITH IT
