We have been advised by our local plumber (who was too busy to do the job at the time) that the cylinder has to come out and be replumbed. Brian was very pleasant and worked hard but the complexity of the job was beyond him. We have already had an electrician to fit a new thermostat and re wire everything. Once we turned off the heating the hot water does not work. We have also had to pay for an electrician to rewire the thermostat another £228 we now have to take the cylinder out to redo the job😢

The was Liam's first job using 'My Builder' and he gained my trust from the outset because he came to see the job before pricing it whereas two other shortlisted plumbers gave prices over the phone without visiting which might have been time efficient from their perspective but as none of the jobs ere straight forward didn't feel me with a great deal of confidence. Liam was punctual, reliable, clean and very personable and easy to have around the house. He communicated well and obviously listened before acting. He completed a number of radiator leaks, changed two sets of taps, serviced my boiler and installed a shower cubicle. His work was careful, he asked questions, read instructions and worked at a steady pace so that he didn't make any errors. He has only become self employed this year but in my opinion should do really well. I am happy to recommend him, will most certainly use him in the future and wish him well in his chosen career.

Job was done well and professionally, price was reasonable and competitive. Had 7 radiators replaced for the heatpump and Matthew accomodated some changes to the scope at short notice, which I appreciated. Foresight was great in that he knew there would be issues beforehand that we needed to think about, for example hanging a radiator on plasterboard, microbore valves etc.
