Large 6-car wood garage: rubbed down; undercoat and two top coats whole exterior; renewed one section of wood wall. Immaculate work; always left tidy. Arrived punctually and sent daily photos as I was partly away. Also installed a new wood side gate and post in concrete. Kept to agreed quote. Delighted with result. Front door + Victorian metal decorative porch. Burned off all old paint: undercoat; 2 topcoats of metal paint, 3 top coats on door. Superb work, thrilled with result. Exterior now looks immaculate. Kept to quote. Would employ any day.

Lacks integrity. Massively unreliable. You need to be so careful who you let into your house these days, and for me these are two huge red flags for Dennis - be aware. Waited in all day for Denis to do some follow on work after completing the initial job satisfactory. Made no effort to reach out or explain his absence. Second time it's happened. Not acceptable. Now doesn't answer messages or calls.

Ash (owner of AJV Home Improvements) is a top quality bathroom installation professional who I feel very lucky to have found through MyBuilder.com I have waited three months before posting this review because I prefer to live with whatever work has been done in order to truly evaluate it. I required two existing showers to be ripped out and replaced with my own sourced new shower wall boards and enclosures. Ash did the job in six days over a two week period and did it extremely well. In fact he even used his expertise to improve on how the shower wall boards were fitted resulting in an unbeatable professional ‘showroom’ finish. I was very happy with the completed double installation when Ash left and, three months later, I am still very happy. I can’t praise Ash highly enough.

Danny came in a timely manner to give quote and through discussion with him came up with different ideas so he had to give different quotes. He worked hard and did a great job. Cheerful and positive disposition. Really super pleased with the refurbished bathroom. He changed a sanilav to a proper toilet and managed to do it in a way that reduced hassle to the household - creative thinking. We've asked him to do other stuff for us. Highly recommend.
